Meet Our Staff

Michelle graduated from Lakeshore Technical College Dental Assistant Program with honors. She has over 18 years of dental experience. She has been with Mishicot Dental since 2008 and is a dental assistant with Dr. Lasslo. She enjoys getting to know our patients and helping to provide a comfortable dental experience.

She lives in Mishicot with her two German Shepherds, Rufus and Ruby. She enjoys spending time with family and friends, walking her dogs, hunting, horseback riding, and gardening.

Chris started in the dental field as Receptionist/Dental Assistant. She graduated from Northeast Wisconsin Technical College with an Associate Degree in Dental Hygiene in 1990. Chris has been with RJ Lese and Mishicot Dental ever since. She feels very fortunate to be part of a team where building positive relationships and providing quality care is essential.

Chris grew up in Francis Creek and now lives in rural Manitowoc with her husband Brian and 3 children; Austin, Jadyn, and Rayna. They enjoy traveling, summers at Roberts Lake in Wabeno, classes at the YMCA, and attending the many activities their children are involved in.

Connie began her Dental Assisting career at Mishicot Dental in 2004. She earned her Dental Assisting Certificate from Lakeshore Technical College. She is a dental assistant for Dr. Thiel and the head of supply ordering and equipment maintenance. She enjoys working with patients to provide a relaxed and comfortable experience while visiting our office.

She enjoys spending time with her family and friends and especially her 2 Labrador retrievers, Sierra and Buddy. She is a very talented cook, enjoys baking, and cheering on the Packers and Brewers.

Katelyn joined Mishicot Dental in 2022, and is an assistant with Dr. Lasslo. Katelyn graduated from NWTC dental assisting program in 2020, with honors.

In her free time, Katelyn enjoys watching dirt track racing with her family, downhill skiing during the winter, and spending time with her friends and family.

Jennifer graduated from Lakeshore Technical College, Dental Assistant program in 1995 and from Madison Area Technical College in 1997 with an Associate degree in Dental Hygiene. She is currently pursuing her BS through UW Stout. She has been with Mishicot Dental since 1998.  She enjoys working with patients in helping them achieve good oral health, providing patient education and making them feel comfortable for their treatment.

Jen resides in the countryside of Two Rivers with her husband and two daughters Hannah and Trysta. They have a yellow lab, Molly, a chocolate lab, Maverick, and a white lab, Pearl. Jen is an instructor in the Dental Assistant and Hygiene clinics at NWTC part time and teaches Jazzercise cardio and strength training on the weekends. Jen enjoys gardening, decorating for the seasons, skiing, traveling, and spending time with her family.

Sarah is a graduate of Northeast Wisconsin Technical College, Dental Assisting Program. She is a Certified Dental Assistant and continues to maintain her certification by attending continuing education courses. She is an assistant for Dr. Thiel and is the head of ordering and equipment maintenance. She enjoys helping patients achieve better oral health. Sarah has been with Mishicot Dental since 2004.

Sarah lives in Two Rivers with her husband Matt and their 3 daughters, Addison, Aubrey, and Arianna. They have two dogs they rescued in 2021 named Armor and Hydro. In her spare time she enjoys volunteering at her children’s schools, baking, going up north to their cabin, and being around family and friends.

Becky graduated from Northeast Wisconsin Technical College with Associate Degree in Dental Hygiene. She has been practicing Dental Hygiene since 2004. She has been a Dental Hygienist for Mishicot Dental since 2005. As a hygienist, she enjoys educating patients about their dental needs, making recommendations for quality oral health, and assists patients in keeping their mouths clean. She enjoys seeing patients improve their oral health and sharing these results with them. She participates in numerous continuing education opportunities and local events. She is proud to work at such a progressive and preventive oriented office.

She lives on 12 acres in rural Manitowoc with her husband Ben and 2 daughters, Sophia and Maria. They have an extended animal family which consists of 1 large dog, 2 cats, and ten chickens! In her free time she enjoys camping at state parks, downhill skiing, cooking, taking walks, and reading.

Mara joined Mishicot Dental in June 2020.  She has a human biology degree from the University of Wisconsin – Green Bay as well as an associates degree in Dental Hygiene from Northeast Wisconsin Technical College.  A dental hygienist since 2001, Mara believes in providing care of the highest quality, in a gentle and caring manner.

Outside of her career, she enjoys spending time with her horse, dog and two cats. She also has a love for art and has studied oil painting for over 15 years.

 

Jennifer is a 1998 graduate of Lakeshore Technical College with a degree in dental assisting. Jennifer joined Mishicot Dental in 2015 with over 18 years of experience in the dental field. She worked as a dental assistant for 16 years before making the transition to office administrator with Mishicot Dental. Jennifer oversees the day to day operations of our business office as well as the filing of insurance and our accounts receivable.

In her free time Jennifer enjoys traveling and road trips with her son Jaxson. They have a goal of hiking all WI state parks before Jaxson turns 18! Jennifer also enjoys cheering on Jaxson at his sporting events, being outside, and spending time with family and friends.

Cheryl joined the Mishicot Dental team in 2017 as patient care coordinator. Cheryl graduated with honors from LTC with a dental assisting degree in 1997.  She came to our office with over 20 years of chairside assisting and administrative experience. She truly enjoys working in a dental office.  She helps with organizing and managing the care of our new and existing patients. She works hard to keep our patient’s dental care on track.

Cheryl lives in Two Rivers with her husband, David and their three boys Gage, Gavin, and Ethan.  They enjoy family time together, traveling, and attending many of the boys sporting activities.  Cheryl loves to cook, camp, and spend time with her family and friends.

Michele joined the Mishicot Dental staff in fall of 2018.  She has 20 years of dental assisting experience and now is in a role as patient care coordinator.  Michele will greet you with a smile as you walk in the door, while taking care of all of your dental administrative needs.

Michele lives in Manitowoc with her husband Phil, daughter Paige and son Zac, when he is not off to school at MSOE.  She also has two grown step children Steven and his wife Molly and Jenn and her husband Eric.  They bring them five grandchildren Landon, Liam, Teagan, Braylee, and Sasha.  In her free time Michele loves spending time with family, going on motorcycle rides, scuba diving, swimming, and running.

Olivia has earned her Associates Degree in Dental Hygiene from Northeast Wisconsin Technical College. She is currently working on completing her Bachelor’s Degree in Dental Hygiene with Marian University. Her personal goal is to give the most comfortable and positive experience for each of her patients. She is excited to be a part of a team who prioritizes such high quality care for their patients. 

In her free time, Olivia enjoys spending time with family and friends. She loves to cook, go to her family’s cabin in the northwoods, and taking walks with her dog Hank.
